Latest News about Town

ANOTHER fire truck was turned-over to the local government of Cagayan de Oro from the national government earlier today. The Rosenbauer fire truck is equipped with water cannons that can fire at least 62 meters horizontally and 24 meters vertically or equivalent to an 8-storey building. The fire truck was presented to Mayor Oscar Moreno by the Bureau of Fire Protection since Cagayan de Oro is among the highly urbanized cities and is now equipped with world-class fire-fighting equipment. The city was also a recipient of a Rosenbauer fire truck in 2015.
